• We provide housing analytics to institutional real estate investors

Outcomes:

• Build and nurture relationships with at least 10 -15 top-tier executives within the first 6 months, focusing on understanding their specific challenges in the real estate sector.
• Increase revenue as measured by MRR by $10K (Timeline: First 90 days | Goal: recurring)
• Handle engagement negotiation, execution (multiple workstreams), & economics of analytics engagements
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with captains to ensure that at least 90% of home analytics projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Close 1 institutional real estate client in housing analytics (Timeline: First 90 days | Goal: recurring)

Competencies Required:

• Proven Expertise: Proven experience of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within management consulting or the real estate analytics sector, particularly in client-facing positions.
• US Client Experience: Strong project management experience working with US clients, demonstrating success in aligning international teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to connect complex business elements and deliver innovative solutions that resonate with clients.
• Experience with selling consulting & staffing engagements to enterprise clients

Your qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in consulting (Big 4 / MBB)
