About the job

 Manage the end-to-end bid process.
 Responsible for searching for new tenders on various platforms like E procurement and GEM and keeping Track.
 Knowledge of searching, filling and submitting the documents required for tendering process.
 Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
 Responding to the query related to the commercial and technical after bid participation.
 Coordination with respective stakeholders for tender reviews and meeting the deadlines for tender submission.
 Interaction with Manufacturers for compliance, authorization and pricing.
 Attending the reverse auction and uploading its documents.
 Follow the bid management process in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
 Customer co-ordination End to End Communication with customer for PO, tenders, registrations
 Maintaining proper records and weekly reports.
 Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.
