Responsibilities
-To drive project management and OKR alignment across product and technology, sales and marketing, customer experience and operations, and across support functions (HR, Admin, Hiring, Finance etc.)
-To liason with internal (within InCred Money) and external stakeholders (within the broader InCred Group and with external partners such as Stock Exchanges, Regulators, Payment Gateways, Banks, NBFCs, Marketing Agencies, Distribution Partners, etc.)
-To prepare business plans, presentations, documents, board materials etc.
-Responsible for Management reporting and Monthly MIS preperation
-To explore and validate new product / business / market ideas and strategize their GTM

-Min 3+ yrs of Project Management / Program Management / Strategy / Founder's office experience

-Numbers driven mindset - get behind the numbers to understand what they mean Hands-on approach and a willingness to roll-up one's sleeves and get the job done
-Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
-Thrive in a start-up environment: love dealing with pace, changing needs, and limited resources; high agency

-This is an in-office role in Mumbai and requires active travel to our Pune office
-Preferred: Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and priorities; end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
-Preferred: Familiar with agile product development processes or with b2c marketing
-Preferred: Ex-founders or ex-founding team members; who have built/tried building a startup from the ground-up
-Preferred: Candidates with a Content or Journalism Background
