At Liberate Inc. we’re creating front-office digital experiences that power back-office process automations. Our goal is to build an end-to-end platform that’s a one stop shop for front-end experiences, back-office process automations, third party integrations, and deployment & maintenance.

We’re building a next generation orchestration platform that will enable visual modeling / no-code development for designing user experiences and modeling complex process workflow with industry-specific use cases pre-built as templates to help accelerate our customers' digital transformation.

Objectives of this Role

• This is a unique opportunity to help co-create a shared strategy and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product in partnership with the leadership team, product management, engineering, and customers.
• Become a subject matter expert with the ability to understand the, technology, solution, and market trends related to no code/low code development and automation tools
• Design platform features that enable end user experiences to fundamentally change how our customers operate, deliver value, and delight their end users.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
• Advocate user needs throughout the development lifecycle in an agile, iterative environment to ensure problem:solution fit
• Verify and improve on designs through quick iterations via usability testing with end users
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity/animated prototypes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product design or UX
• Take ownership of your work and initiative to execute on ideas. You are expected to be self-motivated and self-reliant.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.
• Previous experience designing SaaS products a plus
