Spero helps practices offer virtual IOP (VIOP) to patients anywhere who are transitioning out of IP care, or who need more than OP care to prevent IP hospitalization. This increases access to care while lowering readmission rates.
We focus on simplifying consultations and documentation for clinicians so they can focus on patient care, while also tracking patient progress through assessments and behavior reports to create a predictive care model. This helps inform clinicians when a patient is high risk, progress is regressing, individualizes treatment plans, and offers other insights. This data quantifies patient symptoms better than normal qualitative documentation. Spero helps clinics improve patient care and quantify treatment outcomes to allow clinics to negotiate VBC contracts with insurance, which increase clinic revenue and lowers costs for insurance. VBC means higher quality care, in-network coverage for patients (lower out of pocket costs), and decreased readmission rates.
