Role Overview:
Evolve is seeking a strategic and visionary designer with expertise in creating immersive VR experiences to shape the future of our biosensing programs. This role is pivotal in combining biofeedback-driven interactions with cutting-edge design solutions that will transform how users engage with immersive technology. As the lead designer, you will develop intuitive, seamless, and highly engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that respond to real-time biofeedback data, ensuring the design enhances both functionality and supports meaningful behavior change. You will bring a deep understanding of design thinking, user research, and multi-platform strategy to deliver innovative solutions that integrate across VR, mobile, and web. This is a unique opportunity to push the boundaries of immersive design, applying insights from research and market insights to create experiences that resonate with users and drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Immersive VR Experiences: Lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly VR interfaces and experiences that are aligned with our real-time biofeedback programs, creating impactful and engaging environments

• Develop Multi-Platform Solutions: Oversee design strategy across VR, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience that integrates across digital touchpoints

• Prototyping and Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both 2D and 3D spaces. Develop and implement a testing framework to validate design concepts and optimize the user experience

• Research and Design Strategy: Support user research and testing to understand user needs and behaviors, applying insights to inform design decisions. Use design thinking principles to develop creative solutions for immersive training scenes and interactive experiences

• Ensure Consistency and Branding: Develop and implement a cohesive design language and framework that ensures consistency in branding, UI, and the overall look and feel of the platform across VR, mobile, and web, creating a unified and recognizable user experience.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the product team, developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth integration of designs into the VR experience

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in VR design, with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX for immersive experience
• Experience in designing for mobile and web platforms, with an understanding of multi-platform integration
• Strong background in VR production, with experience managing projects from concept to launch
• Expertise in design strategy, user research, and testing, with a user-centric approach to solving design challenges
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of VR development platforms like Unity and Unreal
• Familiarity with biofeedback data and its application in interactive environments is a plus
• Experience with biosensing technology or wellness-focused applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working across multi-disciplinary teams
