• Lead the vision, strategy, design, scope, and execution of new product initiatives within the Modeling Lab

• Collaborate with leaders across a variety of disciplines (Clinical Lab, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing) to implement new product features and execute assay launches
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to scope and build requirements, prioritize software enhancements in support of internal operations and test delivery.

• Research Design & Implementation: Develop and execute retrospective database analyses and observational studies to assess the outcomes of programs, products, or interventions. This includes designing study protocols, selecting appropriate methodologies, and working closely with the data sciences and biostatistics team.

• Works collaboratively within cross-functional teams at Tempus (including but not limited to scientists, pathologists, product development, etc.) to create customized clinical reports.
• Analyze patient clinical records and molecular testing results to identify potential clinical trials.

• Lead independent analysis of Tempus data for RWE studies with large Pharma partners
• Perform extensive coding and derive real-world endpoints, exhibiting deep comprehension of Tempus molecular and clinical data

• MD educational and testing support - "White glove" high touch support to test results; proactive connecting on clinical results in key accounts
• Virtual Tumor Boards and case reviews, including measures to optimize engagements from accounts

• Support high priority oncology workflows
• Perform critical quality control functions in the reporting workflows
