• Develop long-term portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap for Tempus’ tissue biopsy products, based on analysis of customer needs, competitive landscape, internal feasibility, and financial and strategic value. Deliverables may include:

3-5 year business roadmaps, prioritizing new product and other business growth opportunities
Target product profiles (TPPs)
Commercialization and lifecycle management plans

• Drive strategic business expansion/collaboration opportunities with the following:

Major U.S. cancer centers and clinics / Top 20 largest oncology practices in the territory
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Academic Medical Centers (AMCs) within the specified territory.

• Major U.S. cancer centers and clinics / Top 20 largest oncology practices in the territory

• Provide daily oversight of a cutting-edge molecular workflow to provide high-quality next-generation sequencing data with rapid turnaround times, including tumor genomic, germline genomic, and transcriptomic sequencing
• Establish and maintain appropriate QC and QA programs

• Work with a cutting-edge genomics workflow to provide high-quality next-generation sequencing data with rapid turnaround times in a clinical laboratory.
• Perform routine testing, quality control, calibration, maintenance and proficiency testing in accordance with current laboratory procedures.

• Provide medical guidance on new assay development, new feature development, and continuous assay improvement
• Represent medical oncology stakeholder for assay development and improvement decisions
