• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Lead the technical design and architecture of web applications.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through research and outreach.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.

• Build and maintain backend services using Django
• Design and develop REST APIs used by frontend and other services

• Take ownership of backend modules using Node.js & Express.js
• Build and maintain REST APIs and MongoDB databases
