Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Provide product/service information and assist customers with their requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
