MERN Stack Developer

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of backend modules using Node.js & Express.js
• Build and maintain REST APIs and MongoDB databases
• Work closely with frontend developers using React.js
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability
• Guide junior team members, review code, and share best practices
• Take responsibility for deliverables and timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Strong working knowledge of Node.js
• Good understanding of React.js and MongoDB
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-first environment
