Pie Systems has created a fully digital end-to-end VAT refund solution (tax free shopping) for tourists and stores. For tourists, our platform streamlines VAT claims, eliminates airport queuing, and recovers higher refunds. For stores, our platform eliminates the tedious manual creation of refund claim forms, and empowers them with data analytics and refund process transparency. We are working to disrupt this stagnant $70B+ global industry dominated by two 20+ year old analog incumbents. Join a small and globally distributed team as we bring this industry into the modern age.

Briidge.one, builds applied AI into how professional firms actually operate, not as another bolt on subscription but as systems grounded in a firm's own record, running inside the workflows people already use and owned outright once we hand over the keys. Another AI subscription doesn't change a firm. AI changes a firm when it runs inside the actual work, grounded in the firm's own data. Most professional firms, MSPs, private equity, investment firms, law firms, real estate, other professional services carry client relationships and institutional knowledge scattered across 5-10, sometimes 15 disconnected tools. Hours leak, records fragment and decisions wait on someone's memory instead of on data that should already be there. How we work We're a company, not a subscription. Every engagement runs through five stages: 1.Diagnose- an audit of how the firm actually operates, run by the people who will build the solution 2.Design- a roadmap naming which workflows, in what order, and what each is worth 3.Build- AI grounded in the firm's record, shaped to the workflow rather than a template 4.Integrate- connected to the tools the firm already runs, so one record moves instead of being retyped between systems 5.Improve- iteration after handover, sized to what's at stake. We build on the platforms professional firms already rely on Atera, ConnectWise, NinjaOne, HaloPSA, Datto, Autotask, DealCloud, Affinity, Datasite, Intralinks, Carta, PitchBook, Clio, iManage, NetDocuments, DocuSign, Yardi and MRI rather than asking firms to rip out what already works. What we put our name on: No outside logos to borrow. Clients own the code, the schema and the data outright with documentation complete enough for another team to take over. No lock in, nothing trained on a client's record and an exit built into every engagement from day one. We're building the team that will define what applied AI looks like for the firms that run the professional world.

Real estate agents, lawyers, and commercial brokers spend 2-3 days manually reviewing legal property documents for every transaction. They're looking for servitudes, easements, restrictions, and other legal complications buried in decades-old paperwork. It's manual, slow, error-prone, and costs the European real estate industry billions annually. We're building the AI that automates this completely. Vallora analyzes legal property documents in under 5 minutes with 99%+ accuracy. We extract restrictions, flag risks, and deliver structured reports that speed up €2M+ property transactions. What took a lawyer 2-3 days now takes our AI 5 minutes. The hard problems we're solving: Understanding legal language across 70+ languages and dialects. Danish property law from 1950 looks nothing like Swedish law from 2020. Our AI needs to understand both. Processing 100-year-old scanned documents. OCR that can read handwritten notes from 1923, extract relevant clauses, and understand legal context. Edge cases that break traditional NLP. Properties with 15+ overlapping servitudes, contradictory historical restrictions, or documents missing critical pages. Scaling across 13 European markets with different land registry systems, legal frameworks, and document formats. Denmark uses one system, Germany another, Norway a third. Building trust with conservative industries. Real estate and legal professionals don't adopt new tech easily. Every mistake costs millions. We need 99.9%+ accuracy, not 95%. Current state: €17K ARR, €241K pipeline, 7-person team. Customers in pipeline include Kromann Reumert, DLA Piper, HOME, Estate, Danbolig. Expanding from Denmark to Sweden, Norway, Germany. Market: €407M TAM across 13 European markets with digital land registries. We're building the intelligence layer for European real estate transactions.
