Top Tech Startups in Europe in 2027

Wilco is building the fastest path from Lead to Cash for retail healthcare. We get the patient in clinic by deploying AI Voice, WhatsApp, SMS and Email Agents that convert leads into appointments, reactivate lost patients, confirm bookings, and get unclosed quotes signed. 24/7.

Our mission – build AI that has taste, knows user needs, and helps create beautiful easy-to-use products. Most apps today feel dull and uninspired. The cost of building software decreases, and so does the quality of user experience and individuality that products once had. Let's change this together. We're a small passionate team who previously worked on products used by millions of people. Funded by leading European early-stage VCs and angels from Canva and WhatsApp.

We are looking to create a complete team to launch the platform in its lightest version first. The work and money are minimal for the enormous scalability we have. Join our team, we'll be great!

What we believe.. We believe life is about socialising & smiling more. Face to face. Every day. Every week. Facebook feeds don’t count. We believe humans should be more active. Not because we’re told to but because we enjoy how it makes us feel. We believe sharing team experiences gives us all a stronger sense of belonging & purpose, in a world with less and less. We believe we’re all just over-evolved apes with mobile phones stuck to our noses. We believe salvation can be found in social sports & team events. So that’s what we spend our days delivering.
