At TalkDoc, we understand that having a mental illness is an extremely isolating experience, where most people don't even believe you suffer from a mental illness, or downplay what that might mean in your life. Patients who suffer from severe mental illness such as psychosis often go untreated until they hit the breaking point because of this. Talkdoc provides mental healthcare to patients on Medicaid, in more than 5 counties in California, through our professional corporation partnership. TalkDoc has established itself by having the best outcomes in the entire country for Medicaid. We see mental health hospital utilization rates of 0.16% per year, as compared to 3%-4% for the general Medicaid population who sees a mental health clinician. We've helped thousands of people live healthier and happier lives. We are moving from a family business to high-growth startup, and we started that three months ago. Our technology mission is to be the safest and most private form of healthcare, that keeps patient data private long-term, while still offering the most advanced technological solutions, such as AI clinical assistants in workflows.

MedMe is building the operating system for the pharmacies of the future, powering their transformation from dispensaries to community healthcare hubs. Hi, I’m Rui and I’m the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of MedMe. I’m a pharmacist, and despite a $200k Doctor of Pharmacy degree, I still spend most of my time writing notes by hand and fielding phone calls for refills. When in fact, pharmacists can directly prescribe meds (like birth control), adjust diabetes/heart medications, give over 20 different vaccines/injections, and much more! I was almost ready to leave my profession when I met my co-founders Purya & Nick. Purya was a health data scientist for the government and Nick a product engineer for the Tesla Roadster. They’d watched their own parents struggle with managing 10+ medications and were equally passionate about using pharmacists to provide more services for patients in the community. Together, we identified the biggest problem to be existing pharmacy software built 20 years ago with the primary purpose to sell drugs. So, we built MedMe. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that empowers pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. Our clients include the 2 largest pharmacy chains in Canada, servicing 3500+ pharmacies, and powering over ~20M patient services, including playing a critical role across the country throughout the pandemic. We have raised over $3.7M USD to date including from M12 (Microsoft’s Venture Fund), MaRS IAF, and Y-Combinator. We're building on our rapid growth and role throughout the pandemic to take our modular platform to the next level; providing community pharmacies of all sizes and geographies the transformative technology to service high-quality care experiences and accessible healthcare offerings to their patients.

At Sprinter Health, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: reaching patients who have fallen through the cracks of our healthcare system. With a boots-on-the-ground clinician network and the tech platform to solve this problem at scale, we bring critical preventive care to folks who are otherwise not getting it, whether due to disability, socioeconomics, transportation insecurity, or simply not getting around to it. We believe that access to healthcare shouldn’t be so hard, and by making it easier for folks to get the diagnostics and preventive care they need, we can halt the growing tide of disease and healthcare costs in America. Since launching in 2021, we're now live across 15+ states, covering over 60% of the US population and partnering with 6 of the 10 largest U.S. health plans. We've served >60k patients in-home from ages 3 to 103. And with 5x revenue growth in 2023 and 6x growth in 2024, things are only accelerating. Our team of technologists, clinicians, and operators bring decades of experience from Google, Meta, Amazon, Epic, Aetna, and Oak St. Health. And with over $125M raised from top VC investors, including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel, we have everything we need to transform healthcare. Jobs at Sprinter Health We're looking for strong engineers and product managers at all levels who want to make an impact today. We want to change lives—save lives—and we could use all the help we can get. If you want to build things, we want to talk to you.
