Top Software Startups in 2027

Marloa is building AI workers that help businesses automate customer interactions and operational workflows. Today, businesses rely on dozens of disconnected systems — CRMs, ERPs, calendars, booking platforms, communication tools and internal software. Employees spend large amounts of time manually coordinating between these systems and handling repetitive customer interactions. We are building AI systems that can understand business processes, communicate with customers, take actions, and work alongside existing software. Our first focus is customer-facing AI — including voice agents, intelligent assistants, and automation systems that help companies improve customer experience while reducing operational workload. The long-term vision is to build the intelligence layer that sits between businesses, their software, and their customers - making companies more efficient through AI. We are an early-stage team building from the ground up. Every person joining Marloa has the opportunity to directly shape the product, technology, and company direction.
