Accounts & Admin Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Administer proper coding and manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts.
Maintain files on all account receivables, payable and update records as required.
Monitor efficient working of HR staff and inform employees of insurance programs and employee benefits.
Prepare and document all taxes, GST, PF and its filings.
Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
Knowledge and experience of Accounting procedure
Manage Accounting & bookkeeping procedures
Perform billing and stock keeping activities
Maintain office voucher entries
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
Track Inventory and Place orders when necessary
Assist colleague whenever necessary
Required Skill & Qualification
Experience with office administrator or relevant role
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP & Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Must be able to perform GST procedure as required
B.A. / B.Com/M.com /MBA Finance preferable

Compensation & Benefits
10K to 15K Per month.
Bonus with minimum of 10% upon completion of performance appraisal
