3. Robust ECommerce and retail experience!
4. Startup DNA, expertise, success, passion, and skills!
5. Proven success scaling a global company (or large division) from its inception
6. Managerial expertise/experience, collaborative, “servant leader” style
7. Financial experience and expertise - LOTS of it!
8. SALES experience - you are the company and you know how to sell yourself and our company. This includes your #1 immediate goal: securing investors!
9. Operations and Business Management Experience

13. Acceptance of diversity

Nice to haves:

1. Be/have an investor - if you are not an investor, you have a network of them where you can make warm introductions. Finding investors is your #1 immediate goal!
2. Experience in the climate change, HR, and/or retail space
3. Personal development experience and commitment to lifelong learning
4. Concern for the poor and homeless
