This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced remote SaaS CEO to join us scaling Lanteria from $2 million to $10 million in sales. Over the next 24 months we will be implementing agressive change management, building a new product, and overhauling the company culture.
We want someone ambitious who has a product first mentality, and background leading strong marketing and sales inniatives. You will work with our executive board to build culture, and a growth focused orginization. You will be stepping into a change management situation, and you will be given the chance to hire senior leaders to work along side you.
The ideal candidate will have a long term vision of building a high growth company.
We want someone with experience building 100% remote teams. You will have experience building results, and data driven culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in turnaround situations, and building significant change management in a company.

About Lanteria
Lanteria is the flexible HR system based on Microsoft SharePoint tech-stack. It’s customer base includes enterprises such as Lufthansa, Warner Bros, and Lockheed Martin. Lanteria target customer base are mid-size companies that work within the Microsoft ecosystem and are looking to leverage a SharePoint based HRIS Solution.
We currently have a team of circa 20 employees globally and are continuing to grow
We are a small fund that acquired Lanteria in 2022, and we are looking to scale the company from $2 million to $10 million in Revenue over the next 5 years.
CEO Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive committee on strategic vision
- Work with team leaders to define, track, and report monthly, quarterly and annual objectives and metrics in an organized and digestible way
- Develop systems and processes within the business to document and smooth onboarding new team members
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Foster a strong sense of cohesion amongst team members
- Work across tech, CSM, sales and marketing to build a cohesive objective and reporting structure.
- Hold team members accountable for the objectives they have set.
- General team/employee management (e.g. hiring, career discussions, mentorship opportunities, team structures)
Qualifications for CEO
- 5+ years experience in an operations leadership role in a software company
- Very strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in startup environments
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience hiring and scaling teams of 20+
- Experience building systems, SOPs, and processes for remote teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams
