THE KEY BITS

  • Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK.
  • Flexibility: We have an office hub in the UK as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub.
  • Salary: We benchmarked ca. £60-65,000 + 100% bonus + equity at IC3 level in our progression framework for someone based in the UK.
  • Interviews: 4 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2-3 weeks.

Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need help doing it.

Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.

We've experienced top-tier growth at Juro, doubling our revenue in 2022 and hitting our 2023 targets despite a challenging market. To keep this momentum going in 2024, we’re growing our Account Executive team.

Your role is to empower and drive new business growth at Juro. That means:

  • Hit monthly ARR targets that align with our 2024 goals and beyond.
  • Contribute to our overall growth by meeting your sales quota and share your knowledge with the broader sales team.
  • Showcase our product to key decision-makers in legal, operations, finance, sales, and HR.

On top of that, you have been part of a journey where:

  • You've carried a quota of around $700-800k at a SaaS scale-up (Series A-D).
  • You've seen a high velocity sales motion with a 30-60 day sales cycle.
  • You've sold deals in the MidMarket ca. $25-50k annual contract value.
