Overview
This role is a dynamic combination of account management, sales ops, and and customer success. In a small team, you get to wear many hats, assisting across many stages of the prospect, lead, then client’s journey.
Become the expert on using the Hello Outbound platform: moving qualified leads into campaigns and keeping the pipeline full for our account and our Managed clients.
We operate totally remotely, plugging in anywhere from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe, Denver, and the Brazil. When we do happen to be in the same place, we make it a priority to plan “chair lift meetings,” and have a rule to never schedule a team meeting the morning of a powder day.

The Product
We've built a very powerful prospecting and outreach service that helps our clients generate top of funnel sales.
Our strongest sales pitch currently is that we can replace expensive business development hires with a done-for-you services.
Our platform gets results that are unheard of in traditional cold email outreach. When we run campaigns, our open rates are as high as 80% and our positive response rates have been as high as 40%.
The Team
We are a small team of 4 core members in the US, with an extended network of part time contractors in South America and the Philippines.
Your Goal
Help our team build, and launch outbound sales campaigns on behalf of our clients. Everything we do starts with a targeted list of prospects (the data). You'll be an expert at using the Hello Outbound platform: keeping the outreach pipeline full for ourselves and our clients.
Your Tasks
- Copywriting: Developing sales scripts and iterating pitch based on responses.
- Manage full cycle of cold outreach (approve Leads, write campaigns, maintain pipeline volume, strategize nurture campaigns)
- Manage initial onboarding of new clients (infrastructure/tooling setup, followup around inbox creation and billing, documenting client in Notion in preparation for handoff to account manager)
- Hold strategy meetings with a client to analyze results and come up with new strategies.
- Assist customer support (solve infrastructure problems, respond to FAQs, strategize around volume and delivery issues) using Buffer.

- Analytical: You are able to structure and process quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
- Detailed: You don’t let important details slip through the cracks, and enjoy thinking critically on small changes that can lead to big results.
- Proactive: As a member of a small, remote team, you act without being told what to do and always take initiative.
