About Kaizntree
Kaizntree is a software company that helps food & beverage brands scale their operations through automation. We provide two mission-critical solutions: Kaizntree OS and JP.
Kaizntree OS is an inventory system of record that brands use to manage their entire supply chain. JP is an automation platform that brands use to set up AI agents and automations for their existing operations.
The majority of CPG brands operate on legacy infrastructure, which creates blind spots and friction throughout their supply chains. Our mission is to retool the industry with next-generation infrastructure that helps brands scale more efficiently.
Kaizntree works with industry-leading CPG brands across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. You'll find our customers on the shelves of places like Whole Foods, Costco, and Target. Our customers include Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Rotten, Leisure Hydration, Coaqua, and Actual Veggies.
We're an early-stage company with a team of 7 people. Everyone plays a critical role, and we're looking for someone to help scale Kaizntree to the next level of growth.
About the Role
As Kaizntree's first SDR, you'll be working directly with our CEO and Head of Sales to build and execute our outbound sales strategy. You'll play an important role in growing our sales pipeline and have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, test new approaches, and help shape how we reach new customers.
Your day will consist of prospecting for leads (which includes things like researching brands, scraping websites, and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator), running outbound email and LinkedIn sequences, and calling leads (both cold calling and following up with warm leads).
You'll also be traveling throughout the year to conferences, expos, and industry events where you'll be meeting and talking to prospects. Travel can sometimes be several times per month, including weekends, so you'll need to be flexible with your schedule.
We're looking for someone who can execute against our existing sales playbooks, and also takes the initiative to identify new opportunities, suggest improvements, and experiment with different approaches to reach our target customers.
About You
You're a hustler with an interest in food & beverage brands. You're competitive, motivated by results, and hungry to book meetings, build pipeline, and help close deals. Ideally, you're also passionate about the food & beverage industry.
You have at least one year of previous B2B sales development experience, including prospecting, running outbound sequences, and cold calling. You consider yourself particularly strong in at least two of those areas.
You don't need to be told what to do. You proactively identify growth experiments and campaigns that you think could be valuable, and you take the initiative to execute against them.
You have a strong attention to detail and take ownership of the campaigns you run. You double-check your work, make sure the right messages are going to the right people, and stay on top of your campaigns to catch mistakes before they become problems.
You're organized, consistent with follow-ups, and make sure things don't fall through the cracks.
You're comfortable with rejection and understand that outbound sales requires persistence. You're willing to put in the work, try different approaches, and keep improving when something isn't working.
Most importantly, you're excited about working at an early-stage company where everyone is expected to take ownership, work hard, and contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities.
We’d Love It If…
You have experience in CPG, manufacturing, or operations.
You feel comfortable with prospecting tools like Hubspot, Apollo, and Instantly.
You’ve done outbound focused around events, conferences, or dinners.
