We're hiring into the Founder's Office: a high-ownership, no-two-days-alike role working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder. If you want a front-row seat to how a young agency scales — and you'd rather build the playbook than inherit one — read on.

What you'll actually do

Own problems end to end — from messy idea to shipped outcome — across sales, ops, hiring, and strategy
Turn the founder's priorities into plans, then into done
Build the internal systems, dashboards, and processes the team runs on
Sit in on client and strategy conversations; leave with action items you then close out
Jump into whatever's on fire this week — and make it boring by next week

You might be a fit if you

Have 0–3 years in a startup, consulting, ops, or founder-adjacent role (or you're a sharp generalist who can prove it)
Write clearly, think in systems, and move fast without needing to be told twice
Are comfortable with ambiguity and allergic to "that's not my job"
Are fluent with AI tools and use them to do the work of three people
