Property Acquisition & Leasing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Property Acquisition & Leasing Executive to work closely with the Founder in growing our property management business.
The role will have two key responsibilities:

1. Onboarding new properties into our managed-property portfolio.
2. Marketing and leasing available properties by generating tenant enquiries through property portals, social media, WhatsApp, community networks and other relevant channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and figuring out how to generate results rather than simply following a fixed process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Onboarding
   • Work closely with the Founder to onboard new properties into the portfolio.
   • Collect and maintain complete property information, including rent, deposit, availability, furnishing, amenities, photographs and other details.
   • Coordinate property visits, photography and creation of marketing material.
   • Ensure every property is properly documented and ready for marketing.
   • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of available and occupied properties.

2. Rental Marketing & Lead Generation
   • Create and publish attractive property listings across relevant property portals and marketplaces.
   • Promote properties through WhatsApp, social media, apartment/community groups and other relevant channels.
   • Identify new platforms and creative ways to generate tenant enquiries.
   • Regularly refresh listings, photographs, descriptions and pricing to maximise visibility.
   • Track which channels generate enquiries and continuously improve the marketing approach.

3. Tenant Lead Management
   • Respond promptly to tenant enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and online platforms.
   • Understand tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties.
   • Share property details, photographs, videos and other relevant information.
   • Maintain a structured database of enquiries and follow-ups.
   • Follow up consistently with prospective tenants until the lead is closed or lost.

4. Property Visits & Leasing
   • Coordinate and schedule property visits with prospective tenants.
   • Conduct or coordinate property viewings where required.
   • Address basic tenant queries and coordinate with owners when necessary.
   • Support rent and deposit negotiations between owners and prospective tenants.
   • Coordinate documentation and other activities required to complete the rental transaction.
   • Ensure a smooth tenant move-in experience.

5. New Property Acquisition
   • Identify potential property owners who may require professional property management.
   • Generate leads through local networks, online channels, referrals, communities and other sources.
   • Qualify prospective property owners and understand their requirements.
   • Coordinate property assessments and meetings with the Founder.
   • Follow up with prospective owners and help convert them into managed properties.

What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property management, rentals, sales, hospitality, customer acquisition or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making calls and following up with customers.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and online lead generation.
• Comfortable using property portals, WhatsApp, Google Workspace and social media.
• Comfortable working directly with the Founder and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for property visits when required.
