About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, high-agency intern to work directly in the Founder's Office, supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff across strategic initiatives. This is not a typical internship — you'll get exposure to how a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operates at the leadership level, touching sales operations, hiring, market expansion, and strategic execution.

This role is built for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and is comfortable with ambiguity. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time offer at the end of the 3 months.

What You'll Do

Support strategic initiative tracking and follow-through across teams

Assist with sales operations — pipeline hygiene, reporting, and process improvement

Contribute to hiring efforts — sourcing, coordination, and process support

Help drive execution on GTM expansion projects

Prepare research, briefs, and analysis for leadership decision-making

Take on ad-hoc, high-priority tasks directly from the founder's office — expect variety and fast context-switching

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical and communication skills — comfortable with data and with people

High ownership mindset — someone who follows through without needing to be chased

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities

Proficiency with tools like Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or project tools is a plus

Available to join immediately

Based in or able to relocate to Mumbai, and comfortable commuting to Bandra 6 days/week (alternate Saturdays)
