BOYKA is building toward “Absolute Intelligence” — an intelligence system aiming toward General Intelligence, with a focus on substantially stronger Fact, Precision and Emotion understanding.

The central thesis is that intelligence and the computing required to run it should be designed together, rather than building intelligence on top of fixed compute infrastructure.

We are looking for a Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder to own that technical journey from first principles.

What you will own

Technical Architecture

Challenge and refine BOYKA’s current technical thesis rather than simply implementing it.
Define the first measurable architecture and the experiments required to prove or disprove it.
Own the transition from Intelligence Graph → Compute Graph → Hardware Backend.
Develop workload-aware execution across available heterogeneous compute.

Computing

Build the initial compute/runtime layer across CPU, GPU and other accessible accelerators.
Work on inference, scheduling, batching, profiling, memory utilization and compute efficiency.
Discover cheaper and more accessible ways to achieve useful AI computation rather than assuming today’s high-cost hardware is the answer.
Establish BOYKA’s benchmark around verified useful intelligence per unit of compute.

Intelligence

Help design BOYKA’s intelligence architecture around reasoning, planning, memory, verification, learning and execution.
Lead development toward BOYKA’s own open-source model, including research into emotion-calibration training.
Build systems that improve factual reliability, precision/constraint handling and understanding of human context.

Product

Own the technical side of product definition and product architecture.
Turn the computing technology into a commercially useful platform, initially targeting AI workloads where cost, latency and quality can be measured.
Work directly with the founder on product strategy and the path from prototype → customer pilot → revenue.

Engineering Leadership

Build BOYKA’s founding engineering team.
Personally recruit and evaluate the first core engineers across ML systems, GPU/CUDA/Triton, inference, research and infrastructure.
Set engineering standards, architecture decisions, development practices and technical roadmap.

Fundraising & External Representation

Represent BOYKA’s technical vision in investor meetings.
Explain the architecture, technical moat, experiments and engineering roadmap to technical and non-technical investors.
Work with the founder to raise capital and establish technical credibility with investors, researchers and potential partners.
Who we are looking for

This is not an ordinary CTO job and not a role for someone looking only to execute an existing roadmap.

We are looking for someone who has built difficult systems personally and wants to take founder-level ownership of a technically ambitious company.

Strong evidence in one or more of these areas is valuable:

ML Systems • GPU/CUDA/Triton • AI Inference • Distributed Systems • AI Infrastructure • Computer Architecture • Compilers/Runtime • ML Research • Reasoning/RL • Performance Optimization

You do not need to be an expert in every layer.

You do need to be capable of thinking from first principles, making architectural decisions, learning quickly outside your existing specialization, and building the team needed for the areas you do not personally cover.

What matters most

Proven work > credentials.

Show us what you have actually built: GitHub, papers, research, deployed systems, open-source contributions, technical products or other evidence of deep engineering ability.

You should also be comfortable saying:

“This part of BOYKA is wrong. Here is why, and here is the experiment we should run to find out.”

That is exactly the kind of technical leadership we are looking for.

Founder structure

This is a true co-founder position with meaningful founder-level equity and technical ownership.

BOYKA is currently pre-funding and pre-validation. Initial cash compensation will therefore be constrained until financing is secured. We are looking for someone who wants to build the company from the foundation rather than join after everything has already been de-risked.

Founder / CEO: Vision, business, product direction, fundraising, partnerships and company-building.
CTO / Co-founder: Technical truth, architecture, engineering, technical product and founding technical team.

Location: Remote / flexible during the founding stage.

Compensation: This is a founder-level opportunity, with meaningful equity typically in the ~30%–50% range, depending on commitment, experience, and scope of technical ownership, with standard founder vesting. BOYKA is currently pre-funding, so initial cash compensation will be limited or deferred, with the intention of moving toward a competitive CTO salary (approximately $50,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on the funding stage and candidate) once funding is secured. The priority is genuine co-founder ownership, long-term upside, and authority over BOYKA’s technical direction rather than a conventional employee package.
