HR & People Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive HR professional who can take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle and help build a high-performance culture in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across business, sales, operations, customer success, and support functions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and candidate experience.
• Drive onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation.
• Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintain employee records, HR policies, compliance documentation & systems.
• Track attendance, leave management, probation reviews, confirmations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with managers on performance management, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement activities, team events, feedback programs, and culture-building initiatives.
• Handle employee queries, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Experience managing hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee operations.
