Business Development Representative

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who builds conversations, understands business problems, and helps e-commerce brands discover how BotSpace can automate sales and customer engagement using WhatsApp, Instagram, Webchat and AI.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers identifying prospects, reaching out, and guiding them toward understanding BotSpace’s value in helping them grow faster.

You will work closely with the CEO, gaining direct exposure to sales strategy, customer conversations, and business growth.

Skills and Experience

• Up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing role
• Experience working with e-commerce companies is a plus; exposure to Shopify merchants is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo is a plus
• Basic understanding of outbound sales, lead generation, and outreach workflows
• Comfortable with calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Ability to understand business needs and conduct discovery conversations
• Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn

What You'll Do

• Research e-commerce brands and identify decision-makers
• Reach out to prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos
• Run discovery conversations and understand customer needs
• Track outreach and opportunities in CRM
• Follow up with prospects and keep conversations moving
• Help improve sales messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies
• Share market insights and ideas with the team
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on day-to-day sales initiatives
