I am the CTO of BotSpace, a company deeply committed to helping businesses grow faster through powerful software solutions. Our primary focus is revolutionizing the customer experience (CX) software landscape, which we believe is subpar and bloat-ridden. As CTO, my role involves not only overseeing our technology strategy but also fostering an engineering-first culture that encourages entrepreneurialism, leadership, and effective communication. I am a strong advocate of our company's core values, which include humility, integrity, responsibility, problem-solving, challenging the status quo, and acting with urgency. We believe in stepping out of our lane to make life better for each other and our customers, always pushing the limits and running hard to achieve our goals. From day one, BotSpace has been about more than just writing high-quality code. We aim to understand the business around it, keeping our stack opinionated and not deviating from the problem statement. We've always believed in a multi-product strategy, sharding our product development process to build more and challenge Silicon Valley's doctrine that "startups fail when they don't focus on a single product." On a personal note, I enjoy watching F1 and believe it's a great sport to learn about strategy and life in general. Also, no ads unlike in IPL which can get a little frustrating. When I'm not working on BotSpace's next big project, I can be found reading, listening to podcasts, or glued to youtube going down some rabbit hole. I believe in the power of continuous learning and strive to incorporate this into both my professional and personal life. As a leader at BotSpace, my mission is to ensure that our work helps our customers win their battles. We're not just creating software; we're building a revolution in the business software space, one product at a time.
