We’re hiring an HR Manager to own end-to-end people operations, hiring and employee experience across the organisation.
What you’ll own
End-to-end recruitment across business and tech roles
Onboarding, documentation, attendance and employee records
Performance management and employee engagement
HR policies, compliance and day-to-day people operations
Handling employee concerns, exits and full & final processes
Working closely with leadership on workforce planning and culture
What we’re looking for
3+ years of HR experience
Strong hands-on recruitment and HR operations experience
Good understanding of Indian labour/HR compliance
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment
Role: Full-time
Location: Gurugram — On-site
