We're building the most trusted quick commerce platform for parents - delivering everything they need for their kids in minutes. Backed by Blume Ventures and currently in our 0→1 phase, we’re assembling a mission-driven team to build something truly category-defining.**
The Team
You'll work in close collaboration with the founding team, contributing to strategic initiatives and business growth.
Founder: Amit Sah - BIT Mesra, IIM Bangalore, ex-OYO, Ola, Pristyn; previously built Zoplar (Blume, Beenext, Titan-funded)
Head of Revenue: Arushi Arora - IIT Delhi, ex-BCG, Urban Company (7 yrs), scaled UC’s fastest-growing vertical
Head of Product: Charishma Motwani - ICAI | ex-BCG, Product Lead at Cars24, Co-founder in consumer tech
Head of Tech: Prateek Suraj - BIT Mesra | ex-Amazon, Citi, Zunpulse (CTO)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and scale our supply chain product suite - spanning Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Rider/Delivery App, Cataloguing, and Internal Tools & Admin Panels. You will sit at the intersection of operations, technology, and business, shaping how inventory flows, orders are fulfilled, and field teams operate at scale.
Product Scope
You will be the PM of record for the following products:
Order Management System (OMS)
End-to-end order lifecycle, placement, allocation, routing, fulfilment, and returns.
Real-time order visibility and exception handling (SLA breaches, failed deliveries, partial fulfilment).
Integration with downstream WMS, rider dispatch, and finance reconciliation.
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Inbound (GRN, putaway), inventory control, pick-pack-ship workflows, and outbound dispatch.
Bin/rack management, FEFO/FIFO logic, and cycle count capabilities.
Workforce productivity tooling for warehouse operators and supervisors.
Rider / Delivery App
Mobile-first app for last-mile delivery agents - task assignment, navigation, proof-of-delivery (RoD), and returns.
Offline-first architecture for low-connectivity environments; battery and data optimisation.
Gamification, earnings visibility, and SLA nudges to drive rider performance.
Cataloguing & Inventory Master
Product catalogue management, SKU creation, attribute mapping, category hierarchies, and image assets.
Pricing, bundling, and variant management workflows used by category and merchandising teams.
Data quality pipelines, deduplication, and taxonomy governance.
Admin Panel & Internal Tools
Ops dashboards and control planes are used by supply chain, customer support, and operations teams.
Configuration management (routing rules, fulfilment logic, SLA thresholds) without engineering dependency.
Role-based access control (RBAC) and audit trails across all supply chain products.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap across OMS, WMS, Rider App, Cataloguing, and Admin tooling — aligned with business and operations goals.
Translate supply chain workflows and operational pain points into clear PRUs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with engineering, design, analytics, WH ops, logistics, and category teams to ship high-quality features on time.
Conduct ground-level user research, spend time with warehouse operators, riders, ops managers, and catalogue teams to surface real problems.
Define and track success metrics: order fulfilment rate, pick accuracy, rider on-time %, catalogue completeness, admin task time, etc.
Prioritise a high-volume backlog by balancing operational impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Drive go-to-market for new product capabilities - ops readiness, training, rollout sequencing, and adoption tracking.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in supply chain workflows through data-driven product decisions.
Partner with data and analytics teams to build operational visibility dashboards and alerting systems.
Requirements
3-6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on supply chain, logistics, or operations tech products.
Direct experience with OMS, WMS, last-mile delivery, or similar fulfilment platforms.
Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, you can walk into a fulfilment centre and identify inefficiencies.
Proven ability to write tight PRDs and manage complex, cross-functional delivery with engineering teams.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Bl tools to measure product performance.
Excellent stakeholder management: ability to align ops, tech, and business leaders simultaneously.
Good to Have
Experience building mobile apps for frontline/field workers (riders, delivery agents, warehouse staff).
Familiarity with catalogue management, PIM systems, or e-commerce taxonomy.
Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) or third-party logistics (3PL) platforms.
Experience with agile/scrum ceremonies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
Background in quick commerce, e-commerce, or D2C supply chains.
What Success Looks Like
Order fill rates and on-time fulfilment metrics improve measurably within the first two quarters.
Rider app reliability (crash rate, task acceptance latency) hits best-in-class benchmarks.
Warehouse teams reduce manual workarounds and operate end-to-end within the WMS.
Catalogue completeness and data quality scores improve, reducing listing errors downstream.
Ops and support teams self-serve through the admin panel, reducing engineering tickets.
