Brand Graphic Designer

We're looking for a designer who can think beyond making things "look good." Someone who understands branding and is excited to create work that feels unmistakably OZi.

*What You'll Be Doing: *

1. Design high-quality creatives across digital, print, packaging, CRM, social media, performance marketing, app, and offline touchpoints.
2. ⁠Translate campaign ideas into strong visual concepts with exceptional attention to detail.
3. ⁠Help evolve and maintain OZi's visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
4. ⁠Contribute to campaign brainstorming and visual storytelling, not just execution.
5. ⁠Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print.
6. ⁠Keep exploring new design styles, trends, and creative techniques while ensuring everything feels true to the brand.

*We're Looking For Someone Who: *

Has 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
⁠Has a strong portfolio that demonstrates taste, originality, and solid design fundamentals.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can adapt to changing priorities, and consistently delivers high-quality work within tight turnaround times (TATs).
Has an excellent eye for typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Can work across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and quality.
Pays attention to the smallest details and takes pride in polished execution.
⁠Is proactive, curious, open to feedback, and enjoys collaborating with a fast-moving team.
⁠Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Figma

*Bonus Points If You Have: *

Experience with print production.
Motion design skills (After Effects).
⁠Basic video editing.
⁠Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
⁠Experience working with consumer brands, startups, or e-commerce.
