- Partner Across the Organization: Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Data, and Business Systems teams to solve business problems and improve the availability and reliability of revenue data.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and impact-driven professional with:
- 4+ years of experience in revenue analytics, business analytics, sales operations, consulting, finance, technology, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including analytical, statistical, or scenario modeling.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, with Tableau strongly preferred; experience with Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is also valued.
- A proven ability to analyze large and complex datasets, identify meaningful trends, and develop actionable business recommendations.
- Experience building dashboards, recurring reporting, forecasting models, or performance-management tools for business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous questions, gather relevant information, and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings through clear narratives, presentations, and dashboards.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners while managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Comfort using generative AI and automation tools to increase efficiency, improve analytical workflows, and reduce repetitive work. Experience creating prompts, lightweight automations, or AI-assisted analytical processes is a plus.
- A commitment to analytical accuracy, continuous learning, and operating effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
