• Investigate, review, and analyze system generated transaction monitoring alerts across all transaction types (wire, ACH, check, etc)
• Identify fraud trends by analyzing data and system generated alerts for any anomalies, outliers, etc

• Lead and scale the second-line independent testing and oversight function.
• Develop and execute a risk-based annual BSA/AML testing plan aligned to regulatory expectations and internal risk assessments.

• Act as the on-site point of contact for general office upkeep and coordination of day-to-day facilities needs.
• Order snacks and beverages for the office and for on-site events.

• Partner with business stakeholders across the organization to identify repetitive, tedious, and high-friction workflows that can be improved using AI and automation.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, browser-based tools, integrations, and lightweight applications.

• Review, and/or investigate ‘unusual activity’ that is sent to the AML team via alerts or internal referrals by identifying red flags, validating adverse media and analyzing complex transactional flows to identify potential anomalies;
• Understanding of cash management products and correspondent banking;

• Conduct high-velocity sales outreach to owners of accounting firms and energize them to refer their clients to Bluevine
• Use a mix of creative outbound strategies, AI tools, and data-driven targeting to identify and engage prospective partners

• Improve Sales Productivity and Performance: Analyze sales performance across teams, business lines, customer segments, and channels to identify opportunities to improve productivity, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

• Lead and develop a global underwriting team, driving consistency, decision quality, and SLA performance, while maintaining an individual case queue workload.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

• Develop structured training programs for new hires, upskilling existing employees, and product/process changes.
• Translate complex information into clear, practical, and easy to understand content.

• Resolve small business owners’ questions and requests regarding Bluevine’s products via inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and/or chats.
• Ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently and effectively while addressing the customers’ stated and unstated short-term & long-term needs.

• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to build and maintain high-impact data pipelines and data products.
• Design and develop comprehensive data monitoring solutions, including automated reporting, dashboards, and visualizations.

• Design and build response models to predict the likelihood of customer engagement with campaigns.
• Develop approval models to estimate a lead’s probability of being approved for financial products.

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and core platform capabilities that solve complex architectural and distributed systems challenges.
• Build proprietary AI-powered internal tools and standardize backend infrastructure to improve engineering productivity across teams.

• Generative AI Research: Explore and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging generative AI techniques to identify impactful applications in data science.
• Model Fine-Tuning & Adaptation: Design and execute experiments to fine-tune or customize foundational models using domain-specific and internal datasets.

• Define and execute Bluevine’s enterprise fraud strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Strengthen governance, control design, and risk reporting infrastructure. Set and manage risk appetite frameworks across account onboarding, payments, and new product launches.

• Manage a pipeline of up to 100 prospects in various stages of the sales cycle.
• Make at least ~ 30 calls and send ~30 emails per day to warm leads and approvals.
