Field Growth & Partnerships Associate

Nucleous is the all-in-one platform for sales and operations teams — real-time shift tracking, lead management, team performance, and AI assistance in one workspace. We're expanding our reach across Delhi NCR and looking for someone to take Nucleous directly to the ground — at events, exhibitions, meetups, and local businesses.

This is not a desk job. You'll be out meeting people, starting conversations, and bringing in real opportunities for the team.

What you'll do:

• Represent Nucleous at local business events, exhibitions, startup meetups, and networking events across Delhi NCR
• Walk into local businesses, coworking spaces, and offices and introduce Nucleous to decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads through in-person outreach and follow up consistently
• Build relationships with potential customers and partners in the region
• Report back insights from the ground to help shape our messaging and ICP
• Coordinate with the founder to convert leads into demos and paying customers

• Someone who is confident, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Not afraid to walk into a room cold and start a conversation
• Hustler mindset — you figure things out and keep moving
• Based in Delhi NCR and familiar with the local business landscape
• Experience is secondary — attitude and energy are everything
