Sales & Growth Associate

At Nucleous, we're building the operating system for sales and operations teams — real-time shift tracking, lead management, team performance, and AI assistance in one workspace. We're growing fast and looking for a Sales & Growth Associate to help us bring Nucleous to more teams.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founder. No bureaucracy, no waiting for approvals — just real work with real impact.

What you'll do:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
• Book and conduct product demos with decision-makers
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Gather feedback from prospects and customers to inform product direction
• Help define and improve our outreach playbooks and messaging

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who is hungry, proactive, and doesn't need to be told what to do
• Comfortable making calls and writing outreach messages
• Interested in AI, SaaS, and how modern teams operate
• Experience is a bonus — ownership is non-negotiable
