Account Management Intern — Nucleous

Nucleous is looking for an Account Management Intern to work closely with our customers and internal team to ensure a great product experience. You’ll help understand customer requirements, manage relationships, identify issues, coordinate with the product team, and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who understands SaaS, business operations, customer success, and communication, and enjoys solving problems and working closely with customers.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
• Assist with onboarding and customer support
• Track customer feedback, issues, and feature requests
• Coordinate with the product and sales teams
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
• Analyze customer usage and suggest improvements
• Help maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
