About the job
Tericsoft has built a conversational voice AI offering for the contact centre and customer support market in the United States. The technology is ready. What is not yet settled is exactly which segment of that market feels the pain most sharply and is willing to buy first. This role exists to answer that question with evidence, and then to convert the answer into meetings.
What you will do
• Research the United States contact centre and BPO landscape, and build a structured target account list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and public sources
• Run disciplined ICP discovery across 40 to 60 accounts: map the buying roles, understand current call handling costs, identify which sub segments have the sharpest pain
• Write, test and iterate cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, and track open, reply and meeting conversion rates for each variant
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the founder and the senior sales team
• Join those discovery calls, take structured notes, and log every interaction into our Airtable CRM
• Publish a weekly outreach scorecard and a monthly refresh of the ICP hypothesis based on what the market actually said
Who we are looking for
• Background: BBA final year student or recent graduate. Marketing, business or general management specialisation.
• Written English: Strong. Your emails will land in the inboxes of American operations and customer experience leaders, so tone and clarity matter more than volume.
• Temperament: Comfortable with rejection, persistent, and genuinely curious about how businesses make buying decisions.
• Hours: Willing to work an overlapping United States window on some days, roughly 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm IST, in exchange for flexibility earlier in the day.
• Tools: Comfortable with spreadsheets and LinkedIn. We will train you on Apollo, Clay and Airtable.
What you will walk away with
• The ability to define an ICP from first principles rather than inherit one, which is a rare and durable skill
• Direct exposure to the United States enterprise buying process
• A documented outreach playbook with your name on it
What success looks like at six months
• A validated ICP supported by evidence from real conversations, not assumptions
• A consistent, repeatable flow of qualified discovery meetings
• An outreach playbook that the next person can run without you explaining it
