HR Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a People Operations Intern who is passionate about culture building, employee engagement, and creating meaningful workplace experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning initiatives, interacting with people, and shaping how employees feel at work.

You’ll work closely with the People Ops team to design, execute, and improve cultural initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and company values.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement Initiatives

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities (festivals, celebrations, team events, recognition programs).
• Support the design and rollout of culture initiatives aligned with company values.
• Help document and improve internal cultural practices and rituals.

Employee Experience

• Coordinate onboarding culture touchpoints (welcome activities, buddy connects, culture decks).
• Collect employee feedback through surveys, informal check-ins, and pulse forms.
• Assist in analyzing engagement feedback and suggesting improvements.

Internal Communication

• Draft internal communication for events, initiatives, and announcements.
• Help maintain internal culture content (docs, presentations, dashboards).
• Support storytelling around team wins, celebrations, and milestones.

Employer Branding

• Assist with content ideas for LinkedIn / careers page related to culture and people.
• Capture photos, moments, or stories from internal events.

Who Should Apply

• Students or fresh graduates in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields

Good to Have

• Experience organizing college events, communities, or clubs
• Basic knowledge of HR or startups
• Canva / Google Slides / Notion familiarity
