Your Part:

1. Founder’s Office & Outbound Growth:
   Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research, account mapping, and lead generation.
   Manage and elevate leadership & company profiles on LinkedIn.

2. Content Strategy & Execution:
   Research competitors and trends to build strategies that help reels go viral and reach wider audiences.
   Script, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content and manage social platforms.
   Track analytics to optimize organic reach and lead conversion.

(PS: Don't confuse this with basic administrative social media handling we need a growth strategist).

Required skills:
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing
Strong track record in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and visual content creation
Deep understanding of short-form video algorithms, trend forecasting, and organic reach
Excellent copywriting skills for sharp captions and outreach

Good-to-have skills:
Prior experience in a Founder’s Office or fast-growing B2B tech startup
