About the Role

ZenQua Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about IT sales, building client relationships, and exploring opportunities in the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and communicate with IT leads and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT services and solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project discussions.
• Maintain and update lead information using MS Office tools.
• Generate new business opportunities through research and outreach activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• Interest and understanding of IT sales and the software industry.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and software development processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA (Marketing), or any relevant field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
