Traditional management consulting value chain is designed for MNCs and larger Enterprises. Micro, small and medium enterprises face several unique challenges in their journey. For example, smaller brands are promised growth by Search engines, Social media, eCommerce, Quick commerce etc. but without right systems they are hurt by platform policies & constant changes. Challenges such as these require guidance but currently access to credible Expertise is fragmented - which is more harmful as it's not holistic.

Even Experts - mostly solo/ small teams - face several challenges in the scopes, fees, contractual disputes, etc. in projects. Further Experts who retire quickly lose relevance as they are unable to keep up with rapid changes in industry, technology, etc. The ecosystem lacks a clear lens into industry’s dynamics as insights from CMIE, etc. are expensive, and PDFs lack actionability.

Low financial literacy also impedes decision making. Despite CA practices' competence in business economics, strategic finance, valuation, risk management, etc. their support is mostly till audit and taxation! Limited data access & analytical tools prevent CAs from growing the client relationship.
