About the Role
We're looking for a React Software Development Engineer to help build and maintain our web-based healthcare platform. You'll work across a frontend monorepo, build reusable UI components, and partner closely with a cross-functional team to ship features that improve how healthcare gets delivered digitally. If you're a JavaScript/TypeScript enthusiast who loves crafting clean, user-friendly interfaces and wants your work to have real-world impact, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain our web-based healthcare platform using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Build and optimize reusable components within a frontend monorepo
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve development efficiency
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging frontend technologies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with React (SaaS experience preferred)
• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• Bonus: experience with monorepos, Storybook, and Playwright
