The role
We’re looking for a hands-on Mobile Lead to own our mobile stack across native iOS and Flutter. You’ll set the architecture, write production code, lead a team of mobile engineers, and make the call on when to go cross-platform and when to go native.

What you’ll do

Own the mobile architecture across Flutter and native iOS codebases
Build features in Flutter (Dart) and Swift/SwiftUI, and write platform channels where Flutter needs native help
Lead, mentor and hire mobile engineers
Own releases end to end: CI/CD, App Store and Play Store submissions, crash monitoring
Keep our apps secure and compliant with healthcare privacy standards

What you bring

[7+] years in mobile development, with [2+] years leading a team
Strong native iOS experience (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit) with apps live on the App Store
Production experience with Flutter and Dart
Experience with Flutter state management (Bloc, Riverpod or Provider) and clean architecture or MVVM
Experience with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions or Codemagic

Bonus points

Health-tech or other regulated industry experience
Familiarity with HIPAA or DPDP
Native Android (Kotlin) experience
