Private Sector Sales Executive (Ibeju-Lekki)

Responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding business relationships with private companies and corporate organizations while promoting the organization’s financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within private sector organizations.
• Promote and sell the organization’s financial products.
• Build relationships with HR departments and decision makers in companies.
• Conduct sales presentations and client engagement sessions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support onboarding of clients and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good understanding of corporate sales environments.
