Project Management Intern

We’re looking for an IT Project Management Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to real-world technology project delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination and communication skills who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and wants hands-on exposure to project planning, execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in day-to-day project activities while supporting project managers in tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies.

• Agile & Execution: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, review meetings and client discussions while gaining exposure to Agile, Scrum and SDLC practices.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain MOMs, trackers, status reports and project plans. Support preparation of presentations and stakeholder updates.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with development, QA, design and business teams to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-ups on blockers and pending items.

• Project Tools & Processes: Work with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Excel and Google Sheets while ensuring documentation standards and project processes are followed.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong interest in IT Project Management or Technology Delivery
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel or similar tools is a plus
Graduate or pursuing graduation in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Management or related fields

Good to Have:

• Internship or academic project experience
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum practices
• Familiarity with project tracking tools
• Experience working on hackathons or college projects
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
