Project Manager - Software

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager - Software with 3-5 years of dedicated experience managing IT/software projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, excellent client coordination skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal teams and project deliverables.

The candidate will be responsible for managing projects throughout their lifecycle, coordinating with clients and internal teams, planning and tracking sprints, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery within scope and agreed timelines.

*Key Responsibilities *

1. Manage IT/software projects from initiation to successful delivery.
2. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
4. Plan, organize, and monitor project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
5. Conduct sprint planning, sprint tracking, and project reviews.
6. Work closely with development, QA, design, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, issues, and delays.
8. Coordinate with customer support teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and requirements.
9. Manage project documentation, reports, status updates, and meeting notes.
10. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
11. Track project scope, priorities, resources, and deliverables.
12. Conduct regular project meetings and ensure action items are followed through to completion.
13. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
14. Support continuous improvement of project management processes and team workflows.

Essential Skills

1. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing IT/software development projects, with a strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
   
2. Hands-on experience with Jira for project, task, sprint, and backlog management, including Sprint Planning and Sprint Tracking.
3. Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development workflows, including Git/GitHub.
   
4. Experience working closely with software development teams and technical stakeholders, with the ability to understand technical discussions and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
5. Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing client-facing projects across different industries.
   
6. Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
   
7. Strong understanding of project planning, risks, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   
8. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with a proactive approach, strong ownership and accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Prior experience in IT company is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
