Community Builder Intern — The Padel Company

The Padel Company is looking for Community Builder Interns who enjoy bringing people together and helping communities grow organically.

Padel is not just a sport — it’s becoming a social and networking culture across cities. We’re looking for people who can help us build active communities around courts, players, events, WhatsApp groups, and local city networks.

You’ll help with:

• growing city-wise padel communities
• engaging with players and beginners
• managing WhatsApp & online groups
• helping organise meetups and events
• onboarding new players into communities
• building relationships with courts and local players

This role is ideal for someone who:

• loves meeting people
• enjoys networking
• is active in communities or events
• understands social dynamics
• likes building things from scratch

You do not need prior experience.
