You’ll work directly on:

reaching out to padel courts & sports communities
building partnerships
onboarding communities and operators
sponsorship outreach
brand collaborations
growing The Padel Company network city by city

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, communication, startups, sports culture, and relationship building. You do not need hardcore sales experience — confidence, consistency, and people skills matter more.

You’ll get exposure to how sports ecosystems, partnerships, and early-stage businesses grow from the ground up.
