Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases to build robust data-driven applications.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and contribute to code reviews.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate using version control tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud/on-prem environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience in writing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.

*Good to Have *

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with task queues (Celery, Redis) or caching mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration
• Familiarity with software development best practices, CI/CD, and debugging.
