Django Developer

We’re hiring a Django Developer to join our product engineering team and help build Bugmetrics, our next-generation Cyber Risk Posture Management platform.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance backend services using Django and Django REST Framework.
• Build scalable APIs powering Bugmetrics modules.
• Design and implement AI-powered features and automation workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and emerging AI technologies into real-world business use cases.
• Develop integrations with cloud providers, HRMS, ticketing, communication, and security platforms.
• Optimize database performance, background processing, and application scalability.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product teams, and security experts.
• Participate in architecture discussions and product roadmap execution.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of Django REST Framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Redis and Celery.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, JWT, and API security.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agents.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or cloud-native architectures.
• Experience working in startup environments.
